The trend is credited to Yves Saint Laurent's Spring 2006 line, and years later, it's still running strong. They're taking over dresses, business tops, jackets and more. Even walking through Banana Republic, almost every top has a little ruffle incorporated somehow around the neckline. We are going ruffle crazy!
