New Return Policy for Accessories over $100

Julie and I put careful thought into hand-picking the beautiful accessories on our site and will be adding a few more unique pieces in the coming weeks. As much as we try to help our customers make a well-informed decision with high resolution photos and detailed descriptions, we understand that it can still be hard to envision how the accessory will look if it's not in hand. So we have decided to implement a new return policy that applies to in stock accessories priced over $100. We hope that it will put your mind at ease if you're not quite sure the accessory will work with your wedding dress or particular outfit. We're also confident that if you buy one of these gorgeous products, you'll probably want to keep it!

For in stock accessories (which ship in 1-3 business days) that cost over $100, we allow a 10 day evaluation period after you receive the product. Should you decide to return the item, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price. To process your return, contact us for an RMA number. We can either email you a FedEx shipping label and deduct the return shipping fee from your refund, or you may ship it back at your own expense using a trackable method (e.g. FedEx or UPS Ground). If the item is not returned in original condition or postmarked past the 10 day evaluation period, you will be subject to the cost of the entire item.
