Real Weddings: Morgan & Chandler

Happy first day of spring! Ironically it is still snowing here in New Jersey. But we've got Morgan and Chandler's sunny Las Vegas wedding photos to brighten our day.  Married at the San Diego California LDS Temple, they kept costs down by having their reception at a friend's backyard.

Wedding planning was a team effort, with Morgan imagining a Pinterest perfect wedding and her husband using his work experience in marketing and events to execute her ideas within budget. They were able to get everything they wanted for less than a few thousand dollars!

When asked about her favorite moment, Morgan said that the whole day was just perfect, but her fondest memory is of their "first look," and she gives us a very entertaining description.

"I stood there, smiling, trying to fight back the tears and the excited sobs that came rushing out. I was trying to smile, but the emotions were too strong, and I just started to cry. Fear of ruining my freshly done makeup forced me to choke back the tears and swallow the sobbing. A battle between crying and laughing ensued. I can only describe the noise that came out as boisterous laugh-sobs intermingled with squeaks… What I would do for a video of it all!"

Morgan's bridesmaids wore Alfred Sung D568, a modest style with cap sleeves in the colors Pearl Pink, Dove and Champagne.

"My maid of honor found the bridesmaid dresses. She loved them, and after one look, I fell in love with them too. I wanted something affordable, but because our total engagement was only 16 weeks, I was finding that bridal stores were charging an arm and a leg for not only the dress, but rush creation, rush shipping, rush handling, rush everything! Not only did Joielle have AMAZING customer service, we were able to get the dresses in plenty of time, at an incredible cost! We were even able to get the groomsmen ties to match (which no bridal store in my area carried or was willing to order). I would absolutely recommend Joielle to everyone (and I do!)"

Thank you Morgan and Chandler for sharing your wonderful day with us. Wishing many blessings for your family!
