Real Weddings: Brandi & Brian

Autumn is quickly ending, but thankfully we have photos like these from Brandi and Brian's October wedding to be reminded of its beauty. Married in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, the bride and groom took full advantage of the blooming foliage!

The bridesmaids wore a selection of short and long dresses by Wtoo in the color Plum. We love that mixing styles allows girls to choose something they're excited and comfortable in.

Congrats Brandi and Brian! Wishing you continued joy and love through all your seasons of life!

Trend Alert: Bridesmaid Dress Separates

The biggest trend to hit bridesmaid dresses lately is the introduction of separates! Building on the popularity of 2 piece bridal gowns, bridal parties can now combine fabrics, colors and styles  more than ever before.

Dessy Collection offers a super cute crop top in lace or silver sequin. The lace is offered in 13 different colors plus a full color palette for the lining underneath.
Dessy Collection T2974 and T2973

Full length skirts are made in soft tulle, matte satin, or crepe.

Dessy Collection Skirts S2977, S2976, and S2975

The latest Watters Fall line includes a more tranditional lace short sleeve top as well as sleeveless or strapless options. Choose a short skirt for a casual day wedding or go full length for the formal look.

Separates give bridesmaid dress re-wearability a whole new meaning! Lace tops can be worn beneath blazers for work and easy transition into happy hour drinks. And who doesn't want a flirty tulle skirt in their closet to get dolled up for a fancy night on the town? So go ahead and start having fun mixing and matching!

Real Weddings: Jenna & Kevin

With the scorching hot summer we've been having this year, there's nothing better than an escape to the beach. Jenna and Kevin's beachfront wedding photos remind us of how unbelievably gorgeous it can be too! Married in Florida, they had their reception at The Sandpearl Resort.

Her bridesmaids wore Alfred Sung D678 in Midnight. Love the vibrant red, white and blue palette!

I had the best experience working with Joielle. They were flexible and provided great communication. The online ordering system was well organized and easy to use. The dresses came in earlier than expected, were much less expensive than ordering from the bridal boutique and all of my girls looked beautiful! I now recommend Joielle to every bride I know!

Congrats Jenna and Kevin! Wishing you a vibrant and peaceful journey as husband and wife!

Real Weddings: Caitlin & Matthew

Today we're featuring fellow Jersey bride, Caitlin! She and her husband Matthew's ceremony took place at St. Anthony of Padua, followed by a reception at Rock Island Lake Club in Sparta, NJ.

Planning the wedding was a dream for Caitlin! (Don't we all wish we could say that?) She and Matthew worked well as a team and incorporated everything they both wanted. They love the autumn season, so that played a large part in the decor, designing their "fall fairytale wedding". She was thrilled with Rock Island Lake Club, which had incredible views and amazing food, which the guests raved about.

Caitlin's bridesmaids wore Wtoo bobbinet gowns in the color Claret.

I had a fantastic experience working with Joielle! I honestly was having such a difficult time finding the bridesmaids dresses that I wanted in an affordable price range in the beautiful red shade I desired. I wanted multiple color options and the ability to have one color ribbon for my bridesmaids and another for my two sisters who were my Maids of Honor. The ability to custom design, flexibility with timing and friendly and easy communications made my experience stress-free and wonderful. I got a great sample in advance that my ladies were able to try on, and every time they communicated with the women at Joielle, they were extremely helpful. It was easier than an in-store experience without the hassle and I am SO happy that I went with the company. THANK YOU for making my life during wedding planning that little bit less challenging and helping me make a difficult decision, easier.

One of Caitlin's favorite moments was when she and Matthew went into the woods to take couple photos and they saw a brand new, rustic wooden swing the venue had put up the week before. Unbeknownst to Rock Island, it was a dream of Caitlin's to get photos on a swing like this in her wedding gown!

Sounds like a dream come true on all fronts! Congrats Caitlin and Matthew. We hope the the many precious moments from your wedding day continue to be cherished throughout your marriage.

Real Weddings: Cindy & Nigel

Living overseas in Kenya, Cindy decided to book a long distance wedding on the other side of the world! She and Nigel were married in Taos, New Mexico with a gorgeous mountainous backdrop. Nigel is from the UK and had never been to New Mexico, while the bride and her father traveled to New Mexico 6 months before the wedding date to begin the planning.

As a touching tribute to her mother who passed away in 2013, Cindy wore her mom's wedding dress and got married on her birthday.

Her 3 nieces were in the bridal party and wore Alfred Sung dresses in Cerise, a vibrant dark pink color.

"My sister-in-law suggested Joielle for the dresses for the nieces. They turned out perfect and it was easy to make it happen from afar. The three girls picked a dress that complemented the other dresses perfectly."

Cindy's favorite moments of the day were seeing Nigel cry when he saw the photographer taking her bridal photos and observing all the people she loved most having a wonderful time with each other, dining and dancing.

Congrats Cindy and Nigel! May you cherish your bright and adventurous life together.

Real Weddings: Sarah & Scott

Happy Valentine's Day weekend! What better way to kick things off than with a vibrant red wedding in a rose garden? Sarah and Scott's ceremony took place in Canberra, Australia in the Senate Rose Gardens at Old Parliament House.

Sarah enjoyed the entire wedding planning process, including sourcing her suppliers and pulling the whole day together.

The bridesmaids wore different Dessy Collection chiffon styles in the color Claret and the groomsmen wore matching Dessy skinny ties.

Dessy Style 2894, 2886, 2905, 2907

"Joielle was fantastic from start to finish. The ordering process was easy, Tammy and Julie were available on email to answer any questions and the dresses arrived in perfect condition. I was a bit anxious ordering over the internet but the dresses were amazing quality! We went with Joielle because all my bridesmaids had different bodies and I needed dresses that would suit each of them. Best decision I made! My sister is getting married next year and is using Joielle for her bridesmaid dresses also!"

Congrats Sarah and Scott! We wish you a lovely first Valentine's Day as a married couple with many more celebrations to come!
